COMPANY Introduction

VITALCONN develops, manufactures and sells interconnect connectors which are primarily used in networking, telecommunications, computing, broadcasting, medical industry and consumer electronics markets.

Our main products include: Modular Jack RJ11/RJ45, Ethernet Connector Modules (ICM RJ45), Fiber Optics connectors SFP/SFP+ cages, Ethernet Transformer Modules and many other I/O connectors e.g. HDMI connectors, USB Type C, DC Jacks, FPC&Box headers etc. We also have 10 years of customized R&D and production of customized high end wiring harnesses and cables, such as robot harness, industrial harness, medical harness, car harness, waterproof cable etc.  Our manufacturing facilities are located in electronics manufacturing hubs Dongguan and Foshan, China. We have an elite team of more than 200 employees in R&D, production, engineers, and fabrication. Our facilities include state-of-the-art injection and stamping machines, semi-automatic and total automatic assembly lines. Our laboratory has advanced RoHS testing, coating thickness measurement testing, harness testing device, salt spray testing, lead-free reflow soldering machine, automatic insertion a withdrawal force testing machine, solderability tester etc. Our factory strictly carries out ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality management system. During the process of IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, we take strict control on each procedure for quality control and inspection. We take Total Quality Management on manpower, equipment, material, procedure, measurement and work environment to ensure the quality of our products. Our products are UL and RoHS approved.
